Thinking back to my youth

It’s fair to say

That I knew I would become

True to myself

Over the years

I’m pleased to say

I’ve reveled in whimsical tales

and learned from mistakes

Today I say

Let the wind play into my ears

And let soar the words from

When I was born

Saying the sun

Is pure magic acting  like a star

 bursting with color

from afar

And leaving on my tongue

A touch of happiness

As I sing a song about my

Day relaxing under this tree

Such harmony floats in this breeze

Offering me divinity

And handing out trust

That this day will end

but The next will blend perfectly

Into eternity

And I make amends with my fears
