Clandestine
So often we miss out on
opportunities
Today I make no mistake
As I offer a residual commitment
to my memory
Recording the difference of what took place
Just yesterday
I see how young I was
And how much better I am today
So let me stay on top
This is where I belong
Over my failures
And lesser cares
I’m winning as I share
My fortune of what I bear
Truly I’m a miracle
